With over 1.5 acres devoted to vegetables, Esoterra Culinary Garden is a small farm with big production.
The garden is hand-tended and harvested with care and attention to detail to bring the highest quality produce to our chefs.
We use organic practices and nurture the soil biology to grow vibrant and healthy plants.

Farmer/Owner Mark DeRespinis returned to the front range to start Esoterra Culinary Garden after developing a farm at the world renowned Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs resort in northern New Mexico. We are here to build long term relationships with the most innovative and quality-focused food enterprises in the region.
